PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic and efficient routing of sub-wire harnesses which each has a part on the side of the terminal of individual wire parts and improves positional accuracy of routing wires on a routing plate.SOLUTION: An apparatus and a method for harness routing comprises holding parts 10 provided each on the side of the terminal of individual sub-wire harnesses 40 or part receiving implements 5 receiving the parts with a holding arm 23, routing wires 11 connected subsequently to the parts of the sub-wire harnesses on the side of a target routing path of wire scraping pins by moving the holding arm along the routing plate through movement means 15 to 18 in the vertical, lateral and height directions, in a state where the wire scraping pins 31 protruded on the routing plate 3 are located at such positions as to separate from the target routing path L on the routing plate, and moving wires to the target routing path by moving the wire scraping pins in such a direction as to approach the target routing path. |
