摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope system where an optical coherence tomography mechanism is integrated into a microscope system.SOLUTION: A measuring light beam formed by collimating optical elements of an OCT system is deflected by a beam scanner, traverses imaging optical elements, and is reflected by a reflector so that the measuring light beam traverses an objective lens of microscope optical elements and is irradiated to an object region of the microscopy optical elements. A position of the measuring light beam incident on the reflector is substantially independent on a direction into which the measuring light beam is deflected by the beam scanner. When traveling through the beam scanner, the measuring light beam is composed of a bundle of substantially parallel light rays.
