PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic type compressor which prevents deformation of a cylinder inner peripheral shape caused by deformation of a frame and thereby achieves improvement in the operation efficiency, and to provide a freezing and refrigerating device including the hermetic type compressor.SOLUTION: A hermetic type compressor includes: a compression element 1 stored in a closed vessel 3; a frame 5 with which a cylinder 5a of the compression element 1 is integrally formed; leg parts 5m integrally formed with the frame 5; and a stator 6 connected by bolts 16 through the leg parts 5m. The frame 5 is connected with the stator 6 by the bolts 16 with elastic members 17 disposed between the leg parts 5m and the stator 6. |
