a DC to AC conversion circuit which enables conversion between a DC voltage and an AC voltage, wherein the power conversion apparatus periodically changes a magnitude of a DC voltage which is a voltage of a DC side connection end of the DC to AC conversion circuit according to a period of a voltage of an AC voltage system connected to an AC side connection end of the DC to AC conversion circuit, and allows a portion of an AC voltage which is a voltage of the AC side connection end to be substituted with the periodic change in the DC voltage so as to be output, and the DC voltage is controlled according to a voltage of a phase having a highest successive amplitude among three-phase AC voltages which are voltages of the AC voltage system. |
