An electrostatic discharge protection chip comprises a static electricity releasing module, used for releasing abnormal static electricity of a drive chip; and at least one detecting module, used for determining whether the static electricity releasing module is abnormal by detecting equivalent resistance, in a drive circuit, of the static electricity releasing module. The present invention solves the technical problems that the abnormal state of the static electricity releasing module is hard to detect, the working efficiency is low, and the production cost is high. |
