PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a pair of right and left oscillation lever mechanisms into a closed state by utilizing a cam member that is driven by a piston and to surely return the oscillation lever mechanisms into an open state, on the other hand, without utilizing a return spring.SOLUTION: A chuck device includes: an oscillation member 21 with which a pair of right and left oscillation lever mechanisms 20 are held in a main body casing 1 so as to be oscillated; and a first slide member 22 and a second slide member 23 coupled with the oscillation member 21. A piston rod 10 with which a pair of right and left slopes 10a are formed, and the second slide member 23 are coupled by a coupling link 42 and a predetermined play L is set to a coupling portion. When a piston 4 is moved down by a fluid pressure, a closed state (specimen held state) is provided in which the right and left second slide members 23 are separated by pressures caused by the slopes 10a and the right and left first slide members 22 are made close to each other. When the piston 4 is moved up by a fluid pressure, after exceeding the predetermined play L, an open state is provided in which the right and left second slide members 23 are tensed in a direction of approach by the coupling link 42 and the right and left first slide members 21 are separated from each other. |
