PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both improved engagement responsiveness of a vehicle one-way clutch at low temperature and reduced friction.SOLUTION: A vehicle one-way clutch 21 comprises: an outer member 22; an inner member 23; a plurality of rollers 25 disposed between the outer member 22 and the inner member 23; a plurality of engagement springs 24 energizing the rollers 25 in a circumferential direction; a spring support member 31 supporting the other end of each engagement spring 24; and an elastic-force adjustment mechanism 34 moving the spring support member 31 in the circumferential direction to adjust an elastic force of the engagement springs 24. Since the elastic-force adjustment mechanism 34 is actuated on the basis of an operating state of a vehicle, it is possible to improve the engagement responsiveness of the one-way clutch 21 and reduce friction by energizing the rollers 25 in the circumferential direction with an optimum elastic force in response to the operating state of the vehicle. |
