PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alpha-4-beta-7 heterodimer antigen-binding proteins, nucleic acids encoding the proteins, and methods for preparing and using them.SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated antigen-binding protein that specifically binds to alpha-4-beta-7 heterodimer, comprising heavy chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3, and a light chain variable region comprising CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3. The antigen-binding protein that specifically binds to alpha-4-beta-7 heterodimer further comprises a light chain constant region and a heavy chain constant region. Further provided are an isolated nucleic acid encoding the antigen-binding protein, vectors comprising the nucleic acid, isolated host cells harboring the vector, and methods for producing the antigen-binding protein by culturing the host cells. |
