PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board with a terminal which prevents the occurence of vehicle fire after water immersion with a simple structure and has a new structure.SOLUTION: In a circuit board 10 with a terminal, multiple terminals 12 are erected on a circuit board 14. The multiple terminals 12 include: a plus side terminal 12a connected with a power source line; and a minus side terminal 12b connected with a ground line. An annular water absorptive expansion body 42 is disposed at a periphery of one terminal 12 of the plus side terminal 12a and the minus side terminal 12b which are disposed adjacent to each other.
