an annular portion (13), one or more cutting elements (14) attached on a first end of the annular portion (13), and an insertion element (15) that is connected to the annular portion (13) on an end facing away from the cutting elements (14), characterized in that the insertion element (15) comprises at least one slit-shaped clearance (26) having a transverse slit (33) and a connector slit (34), with the transverse slit (33) being disposed perpendicular to the axis of rotation (22) and being connected via the connector slit (34) to an upper edge (35) of the insertion element (15).
