[Problem] To improve the galling resistance of the molten Al plating layer in a molten Al-plated steel plate. [Solution] This molten Al-plated steel plate of exceptional workability has a molten Al plating layer, the composition of which has an Si content of 1.0-12.0 mass% and a B content of 0.002-0.080 mass%, on the surface of a base material steel plate. In a depthwise analysis by glow discharge spectrometry (GDS) from the outermost surface of the plating layer, the ratio IMAX/I0 of the maximum detection intensity of B (IMAX) at a sputtering depth in the 0-1.0 μm range, and the average detection intensity of B (I0) at a sputtering depth in the 1.0-5.0 μm range, is 2.0 or greater. |
