A motor end cover and a plastic packaged motor using same. A bearing chamber (11) is provided in the middle of an end cover (1); a plurality of through-holes (12) are provided at the periphery of the bearing chamber on the end cover; an insulating sleeve (2) is nested and mounted on an inner wall of the bearing chamber, and extends outwardly at an opening of an end of the insulating sleeve to form an annular crimped edge (21); the annular crimped edge lies close against an inner surface of the end cover; a plurality of convex columns (22) protrude from the annular crimped edge; and the convex columns are nested inside the through-holes (12). A plastic packaged motor using the motor further comprises a rotating shaft (3), a rotor assembly (4), a plastic packaged stator (5), a front end cover (6) and a rear end cover (7). The motor end cover and the plastic packaged motor using same have simple structures, effectively prevent the generation of a shaft current, and prolong the service life of a bearing and a motor; and an end cover and an insulating layer are integrally combined into one piece, which is firm and reliable. |
