A liquid crystal display panel, comprising a display substrate, wherein the display substrate comprises a transparent substrate, multiple pixel units (120), multiple virtual pixel units (130) and a first retaining wall (160), wherein the transparent substrate comprises a visible area (10), a virtual pixel setting area (30) located outside the visible area (10), and a frame glue setting area (20) located outside the virtual pixel setting area (30). The multiple pixel units (120) are provided on the transparent substrate, and are located within the visible area (10). The multiple virtual pixel units (130) are provided on the transparent substrate, and are located within the virtual pixel setting area (30). The first retaining wall (160) is provided on the transparent substrate, and is located between the virtual pixel setting area (30) and the frame glue setting area (20), thereby being capable of avoiding the occurrence of an exception when frame glue is coated on the frame glue setting area (20), and being capable of avoiding problems, such as uneven brightness (Mura) caused by the difficult control of the precision of an alignment film layer (PI) at the same time, and thus improving product yield. |
