PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group management elevator device which allows a user to get into a car smoothly and which takes physical handicap into consideration.SOLUTION: A group management elevator device includes: a plurality of elevator cars A-D; a destination floor registration device 2 located at a landing floor; and a group management control device for allocating one of the plurality of elevator cars A-D to a destination floor registered by an operation of the destination floor registration device 2. It also includes: physical handicap confirmation means 1 provided at the landing floor and for confirming physical handicap of a user; and a guidance output device 4 for outputting guidance for urging consideration for the physical handicap in a landing of the elevator car allocated by the group management control device, when the physical handicap is confirmed by the physical handicap confirmation means 1. |
