PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cancer treating agent compositions and methods for intravenous administration for combination chemotherapy, particularly involving at least one chemotherapeutic agent used in combination with chlorotoxin or a derivative thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the use of a conjugate comprising a polypeptide conjugated to a mitotic inhibitor. The polypeptide has an amino acid sequence being different from, but showing at least 90% amino acid sequence identity with, full length of chlorotoxin, and has chlorotoxin bioactivity of binding specifically to a cancer cell compared with a normal cell. |
