PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for maintaining multicast/broadcast (MBMS) serviceability.SOLUTION: An evolved Node base station (eNB 104) transmits, to user equipment (UE 108), MBMS assistance information to identify a carrier selection mode. The MBMS assistance information is selected one of: a first selection mode that prioritizes selection of a plurality of carriers that provide a plurality of MBMSs; and a second selection mode that prioritizes selection of a plurality of carriers on the basis of signal quality without regard to whether the carriers transmit MBMSs. |
