<p>Abstract This invention comprises of a door formed entirely out of a pre-fabricated aluminium honeycomb core panel that is of required door thickness, having upper and lower surfaces that are cut with triangular tabs the corners, 'V' grooved and edge folded to form a completely pre-finished door with fully enclosed edges. Inserting an inner frame provides structural strength, with the folded edges being locked to the inner frame via the door hinges. The pre-fabricated nature of the material used allows for an extremely lightweight door having high strength that is completely waterproof and will not swell or distort. Fig. 13 Fig. 14</p> |
