PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an accurate prediction value of a traffic volume and further to calculate the prediction value even from traffic data of a different scale of a link.SOLUTION: A total of time-sequential traffic volumes of links is acquired at an interval of any arbitrary term and stored in a traffic DB, a plurality of acquired time-sequential traffic data items are correlated, and link information of correlative traffic data is extracted and stored in a correlation system DB. On the basis of a packet loss rate and a request of a link or a session to be predicted, link information is acquired from the correlation system DB, traffic data of a link corresponding to the link information or session information are acquired from the traffic DB, and normalization processing is performed for comparison in the same scale. A standard system is created from the normalized traffic data, the standard system is converted into an original scale, a traffic prediction value is calculated for the converted system, and a maximum value of the traffic volumes is calculated. |
