PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover from a suspension mode in response to a remote wakeup request form a USB device even when a CPU incorporated in electronic equipment does not have any function corresponding to remote wakeup.SOLUTION: A USB controller 120 is configured to, when detecting a remote wakeup signal from a USB device 200, recover from a suspension mode (shift the status of the USB controller 120 itself to a normal mode). The USB controller 120 is configured to, when shifting the status, transmit a status signal to an MPU 150. The MPU 150 is configured to, when detecting that the status of the USB controller 120 is shifted from the transmitted status signal, transmit a recovery trigger signal to a CPU 110A. The CPU 110A is configured to recover from a suspend mode in accordance with a recovery trigger signal, and to allow the respective components of the USB control part 100A to recover from the suspend mode. |
