PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-holding washer which prevents an anchor inserted into a ground surface from easily coming off from the ground surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a sheet-holding washer 1 mounted on a sheet laid on a ground surface in which at least two through-holes 20 through which an anchor 50 formed by bending a rod-like member made of soft steel in an approximately U-shape is inserted into a disk part 10. The two through-holes 20 include first hole portions 22 extending from a surface to a predetermined part in a thickness direction of the disk part 10; and second hole portions 24 extending from the first hole portions 22 in oblique directions with respect to the thickness direction to reach a rear surface. Then, by inserting the anchor 50 into the two through-holes 20 and pushing the anchor onto the ground surface, the anchor 50 is inserted in oblique directions with respect to the ground surface. |
