PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adopt various types of configurations as the configuration of a damper mechanism in a torque converter in which a turbine is disposed on an input side of the damper mechanism.SOLUTION: The system comprises: a front cover 2; a torque converter body 6; a damper mechanism 27; and a connecting member 8. The torque converter body 6 includes an impeller 3 receiving power input from the front cover 2; and a turbine 4 disposed to be opposed to the impeller 3. The damper mechanism 27 includes an input member 34; an output member 35 connected to a transmission-side member; and a damper body elastically connecting the input member 34 to the output member 35 in a rotation direction, and is disposed between the front cover 2 and the torque converter body 6 in an axial direction. The connecting member 8 is fixed to the turbine 4 and engaged with the input member 34 of the damper mechanism 27 so as not to be relatively rotatable. |
