PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital circuit utilizing basic nano-mechanical switches for performing high-level digital processing by assembling the nano-mechanical switches.SOLUTION: A digital circuit utilizing basic nano-mechanical switches is constituted by combining a plurality of basic switch elements which comprises four kinds of switches of an S switch made by grounding a source electrode of a nano-mechanical switch, a V switch made by adding a power source voltage to the source electrode of the nano-mechanical switch, an SB switch composed of two switches in which a source electrode of another switch is connected in series to a drain electrode of the S switch and a VB switch composed of two switches in which a source electrode of another switch is connected in series to a drain electrode of the V switch. |
