PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand-up reading prevention tool at a bookstore which can efficiently prevent stand-up reading at a bookstore without deteriorating appearance of books, achieve excellent work ability for applying a stand-up reading prevention measure to books, and achieve the stand-up reading prevention measure at relatively low cost.SOLUTION: A weak adhesive paper tape for sealing book is formed of a paper tape substrate 11, a weak-viscosity adhesive layer is formed on its rear face, and a tape exclusive for book is stuck to a front cover to a back cover over a small lot, or from a predetermined page on the front cover side to a predetermined page on the back cover side, from the predetermined page on the front cover side to the back cover, or, from the front cover to the predetermined page on the back cover side, across the part of the small lot, and on the tape, information for notifying a reader who purchases the book of the effect that the tape is stuck over the above-mentioned range, is disposed. The adhesive layer is formed on a central side area of a rear face of the tape substrate in a direction going to the back cover side from the front cover side, and is not formed on both end edges of the rear face of the tape substrate. |
