PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording that gives a high image density even when the ink is recorded on a plain paper, and that shows excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: The ink for inkjet recording comprises at least water, a water-soluble solvent, a pigment, and a copolymer including a salt of a diphosphonic acid group. The copolymer has at least a diphosphonic acid group-containing acrylamide structural unit (1) represented by the formula below, an acrylate structural unit (2), and a tertiary amino group-containing acrylamide structural unit (3a) or a quaternary amino group-containing acrylate structural unit (3b). |
