A compound having a structure according to Formula 1: wherein Ra to Rg, R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, halide, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carbonyl, carboxylic acids, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof; and wherein Ar1 to Ar3 are independently substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heteroaryl and can connect to one another to form fused ring(s) and, wherein L is a direct bond or a linker.
