1. A material dispenser, configured to dispense and cut rolled material; the material dispenser comprising:
a central cavity configured to hold the rolled material; a forward flap, configured to have a rear central opening that permits a portion of the rolled material to be pulled through the rear central opening; a rear flap, configured to cover the forward flap; a cutting button embedded onto the rear flap; wherein folding the rear flap upon the forward flap enables cutting the portion of the rolled material with the cutting button. |
