This invention relates to cosmetology, and more particularly to the composition of a cosmetic agent (pigment) intended for permanent makeup (tattooing) and used in micropigmentation procedures. The present cosmetic agent contains an inorganic and an organic pigment, glycerin, distilled water, 70% isopropyl alcohol and stabilized low-molecular weight 2% hyaluronic acid, the components being taken in the following proportions (wt%): 45-55 inorganic pigment; 5-15 organic pigment; 15 glycerin; 10 stabilized low-molecular weight 2% hyaluronic acid; 10 distilled water; 5 70% isopropyl alcohol. The technical results of the invention are an increase in the range of cosmetic agents for permanent makeup, an increase in the protective and regenerative effects on the skin and an adaptogenic effect on the receptors of epidermal cells. A further technical result of the invention is a reduction in the likelihood of the formation of additional connective tissue in the skin and more rapid healing of damaged skin surfaces.
