PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions or drugs for inhibiting vascular hyperpermeability or modulating the cytoskeletons of endothelial cells.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting vascular hyperpermeability contains danazol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount to inhibit vascular hyperpermeability. A drug for modulating the cytoskeletons of endothelial cells contains danazol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount effective to modulate the cytoskeletons of endothelial cells.
