PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly improve the image quality of image data obtained by signal synthesis.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquiring unit, a synthesizing unit, and a control unit. The acquiring unit acquires a plurality of IQ signals obtained through a plurality of processes having different conditions to an echo signal generated in oscillators included in an ultrasonic probe. The synthesizing unit generates a composite signal obtained by synthesis of the plurality of IQ signals through non-linear processing. The control unit controls a display unit to display image data based on the composite signal.
