PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module including a light guide body having a novel shape.SOLUTION: A light source module 20 includes: a plurality of light sources arranged in an array form; and a light guide body that permits entrance of lights emitted from the light sources. Each of the light sources has a semiconductor light-emitting element. The light guide body 30 includes: a plurality of incident ends 44 that permit entrance of the lights respectively emitted from the light sources; and an emission end 46 that permits emission of the lights entering from the incidence ends 44 which are at least partially mixed together. |
