PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestressed member manufacturing method and a prestressed member in which a sealing material is prevented from being damaged in manufacturing.SOLUTION: A prestressed member manufacturing method includes: a step of disposing a tensioner 3 to a tensioner insertion hole 20 formed in a beam body 2; a step of shielding a gap between an inner surface of the tensioner insertion hole 20 and the tensioner 3 with a sealing material 5; a step of inserting a tensioner 3 to a temporary anchor plate 7 and installing the temporary anchor plate 7 in the end face of the concrete member 2; a step of introducing a tensioning force into a tensioner 3; a step of introducing prestress into the beam body 2 through the temporary anchor plate 7 by releasing the tensioning force of the tensioner 3; and a step of filling a filler 4 in the tensioner insertion hole 20. An enlarged diameter part 21 having a depth not less than the length of the sealing material 5 is formed in the end of the tensioner insertion hole 20, and the sealing material 5 is installed in the center side of the beam body 2 from the enlarged diameter part 21. |
