Disclosed is a coded lock rotating wheel (11). The rotating wheel is of a round disc shape, which comprises a central through hole provided at the centre of the rotating wheel, a notch (16) provided at an outer edge of the rotating wheel, and a rotating wheel state detection device (13) provided at the outer edge of the rotating wheel but not at the notch (16) and used for detecting whether the notch (16) points to a certain position or not. Also provided is a coded lock comprising the coded lock rotating wheel (11), which comprises, in cooperation with the rotating wheel, a rotating wheel state response device (12) and rotating wheel state display devices (14, 15), wherein the rotating wheel state response device (12) is connected with the rotating wheel display devices (14, 15). The safety state of the coded lock is fed back by detecting whether the code is completely disrupted, and a signal is transmitted at the same time. |
