PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic flexible substrate having both of flexibility and elasticity.SOLUTION: There is provided an elastic flexible substrate including a film substrate. The elastic flexible substrate has a wound part which is formed of at least a part of the film substrate wound. The wound part includes a first wound part and a second wound part in which a part of the film substrate is curved being folded back. The first wound part is curved being folding back with one major plane of the film substrate inner side. The second wound part is curved being folding back with the other major plane of the film substrate inner side. |
