PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid operating machine capable of performing a warm-up operation for a power storage device by charging and discharging while suppressing the occurrence of lug-down or over-revolution of an engine.SOLUTION: A hybrid operating machine comprises: an engine; an assist motor mechanically connected to the engine, discharged by generating a driving torque, and generating electric power by generating a braking torque; a hydraulic pump driven by a total torque of the engine and the assist motor; a power storage device for storing the electric power generated by the assist motor, and supplying the electric power when discharging the assist motor; and a controller for outputting a torque command signal to control the driving torque or the braking torque of the assist motor. The operating machine further comprises a torque-command-value computing unit for calculating a hydraulic pump torque necessary to drive the hydraulic pump and calculating the torque command signal indicating a torque equal to or smaller than a value obtained by subtracting a preset minimum torque from the hydraulic pump torque. |
