PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group management control device and an elevator group management control method, capable of allocating an elevator so as to satisfy a demand of a passenger, in a state where an old elevator before being modified, and a new elevator after being modified exist.SOLUTION: When dedicated call for a new elevator is registered as call registered by an entrance call registration device (10) by executing dedicated call registration operation for a new elevator, allocation control is executed to only a new elevator (21) capable of being allocated with respect to the registered dedicated call for a new elevator. |
