PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator drive device capable of effectively transmitting vibration generated at a vibration part to a vibrator.SOLUTION: The vibrator drive device includes a body part 21, and a vibrator 20 disposed on the external face of the body 21. The body part 21 includes, in the inside thereof, a vibration exciting structure for vibrating the vibrator 20. The vibration exciting structure includes a vibration part 51 for generating vibration. The vibrator drive device further includes a vibration transmission shaft 40 for transmitting the vibration generated by the vibration part 51 to the vibrator 20. The vibration transmission shaft 40 includes the vibration part 51 disposed at one end side, and the vibrator 20 disposed at the other end side. The body part 21 stores an inner frame 27 in the inside thereof, and the vibration transmission shaft 40 and the vibration part 51 are supported by the inner frame 27. |
