The present invention addresses the problem of having a reduced outer diameter of a superconducting magnet device that is provided with an x-ray generating device. This superconducting magnet device has disposed therein a main coil, which surrounds a uniform magnetic field space, and which generates a magnetic field in the direction equal to the direction of the magnetic field in the space, and a shield coil, which generates a magnetic field in the direction reverse to the direction of the magnetic field in the space. The superconducting magnet device is characterized in that a part of the x-ray generating device is disposed further toward the outer diameter side than the main coil, and further toward the inner diameter side than the outermost diameter of the shield coil. |
