According to the present invention, a panel cleaning device comprises: a first rotation plate rotated by a rotational force of a driving motor, and including a first shaft which extends in a parallel direction with a rotation shaft and is provided at a point of being spaced apart from the rotation shaft at regular intervals; a connection link having first and second through holes individually formed at one side and the other side in a longitudinal direction, and having the first shaft inserted into the first through hole to be rotated; a second rotation plate having a second shaft in parallel with the first shaft, mounted to be rotated around the second shaft, and having a fastening groove formed at a point which is spaced apart from the second shaft; a hinge shaft having one end penetrating the second through hole of the connection link and then, combined with the fastening groove to be rotated; a seating block disposed at a lower side of the hinge shaft to have a panel to be seated on an upper surface; and a cleaning brush integrally combined with the first shaft to be rotated and having a plurality of cleaning wools provided at an end surface to swipe one surface of the panel which is seated on the seating block. |
