PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation body which can secure excellent COseparability, excellent COpermeability and excellent mechanical strength at the same time and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A gas separation body comprises a laminate comprising a non-porous layer, and a porous layer that supports the non-porous layer. The non-porous layer comprises polyacetal resin. In the polyacetal resin, an introduction amount of an oxyalkylene unit having two or more carbon atoms is 1.5-10 mole relative to an oxymethylene unit 100 mole.
