INK JET DEVICE AND NOZZLE HEAD POSITIONING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet device which can suppress a positional deviation of a drawing pattern by easily positioning a nozzle head with high precision.SOLUTION: An alignment mark 32 is drawn on a drawing object 30 with a nozzle head unit 6 charged with an ink 31 to acquire positional information of a stage 2 in a state that the head unit 6 is present on a predetermined location of the alignment mark 32. The same similar location as when the positional information is acquired is read with a guide line 33 of a camera unit 7 installed vertically to the drawing object 30 to acquire positional information of the stage 2. An impact position of the ink 31 discharged out of the nozzle head unit 6 and a relative position of the camera unit 7 can be acquired by calculating a difference from these two pieces of positional information. A location where start of overwriting is desired is adjusted to the guide line 33 of the camera unit 7 by grasping these two pieces of positional information to make the stage 2 move by coordinates of the relative position.
