PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage and sorting device that is capable of reducing identifiers attached to storage containers used for storing and sorting articles.SOLUTION: The article storage and sorting device is provided, including: storage containers for storing articles for each storage classification; a conveyance part for conveying the storage containers; and a storage part for storing the storage containers conveyed through the conveyance part. When carrying out the conveyance and storage processing by mapping an article stored in a storage container and an identifier attached to the storage container, if storage containers storing articles of the same classification are in a row, a part of identifier to be attached to the storage containers is omitted. |
