PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a waiting time of a queue of such a use facility with units of one person and group units mixed therein.SOLUTION: A waiting time estimation system includes object recognition means for recognizing an object from video obtained by photographing a queue by a plurality of objects, tracking means for tracking a recognized object, measuring means for measuring a movement time of the tracked object, group recognition means for recognizing a group composed of a plurality of objects from the video obtained by photographing the queue by the plurality of objects, and estimation means for estimating waiting time in a queue of the recognized group on the basis of the measured movement time of the object. |
