PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide integration demand control method and device that can control devices provided to plural areas without losing comfort and convenience of each area.SOLUTION: An integration demand control method for performing demand control on equipment provided to each of plural areas receiving the temperature of each of the plural areas (S602), receiving a cancel signal for the demand control of each of the plural areas, storing, as cancel temperature, the temperature of each area when the cancel signal of the demand control is received, and determining reference cancel temperature of each area from the stored cancel temperature (S603), calculating a demand control permission index corresponding to the difference between the temperature of each area and the reference cancel temperature at a predetermined time point (S604), and setting the priority of the demand control of each area to a high priority as the demand control permission index is smaller, and generating a demand control signal for an air conditioner equipped to each area (S605) in response to the priority of the demand control. |
