PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a circuit structure.SOLUTION: A circuit structure 10 comprises an insulated substrate 11 which has a conducting path formed in an insulating plate made of an insulation material and in which a through-hole 12A is formed, and a bus bar substrate 13 which has a plurality of bus bars 14 made of plate-like metal and a cut part 22 configured by cutting a tie bar 20A connecting the plurality of bus bars 14 and which is superposed on the insulated substrate 11. The cut part 22 of the bus bar substrate 13 is formed in a position to continue into the through-hole 12A of the insulated substrate 11.
