The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical property testing. Provided are a device and method for testing vibration characteristics of a railway vehicle. The device is composed of a front moving platform (1), a rear moving platform (2), connecting rods (3), fixtures (5), and actuators (4). One fixture (5) is respectively provided on the left side and the right side of each moving platform (1, 2). One downward perpendicular actuator (4) is respectively provided on the bottoms of the four corners of each moving platform (1, 2) by means of a hinge support (6). One leftward transverse actuator (4) is provided in the middle of the left side of each moving platform (1, 2) by means of a hinge support (6). One connecting rod (3) is provided on each moving platform (1, 2) by means of a hinge support (6). The testing method comprises: fixing all the actuators (4) and the connecting rods (3), pushing the vehicle to a device station to be fixed, arranging acceleration sensors in the vehicle, starting the actuators (4), setting parameters, continuously conducting loading in the form of sine waves, and conducting data collection by means of the acceleration sensors, wherein the excitation frequency range is 0.1 Hz to 15 Hz, the amplitude shifting value is 1 mm, the frequency interval is 0.05 Hz/s, and the data sampling frequency is 200 Hz. The device can rapidly and accurately test the vibration characteristics of the vehicle from multiple aspects. |
