The invention relates to a multi-group transmission, preferably double-clutch transmission, for commercial vehicle. The multi-group transmission comprises: a trasfer group, preferably provided with a first transfer constant, a second transfer constant and a third transfer constant; a host group ,preferably with two host group drive shift; and change-shift group. The multi-group transmission is characterized in that the transfer group and host group comprises two independent load path and is accomplished by switching according to the load.
