<p>The cutter has an adjusting device (9) including a linear guidance device (10) connected with a chassis frame (1). A running axle (3) is attached to a saw blade (8) that is fixed at an end of the linear guidance device. The linear guidance device enables a vertical extension and retraction of an impeller axle opposite to the chassis frame.
