PD-L1 FUSED PROTEIN AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to fusion protein comprising: an extracellular domain of programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1); and a fragment crystallizable (Fc) region of transformed immunoglobulin. The extracellular domain of PD-L1 and a fragment thereof have outstanding immune regulatory functions. If combining the Fc region of the transformed immunoglobulin, it is possible to apply the PD-L1 fusion protein as a drug for immune regulation. Accordingly, the PD-L1 fusion protein according to the present invention has shown excellent effectiveness in a disease model with inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, psoriasis, asthma, and arthritis, thereby being able to be used as effective treatment for the diseases.
