Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for recommending a photographing composition. According to the method of the present invention, a picture or a recommended composition of a subject of interest is determined based on sensor information of a user terminal including a position, angle, and direction of the user terminal, and a live view screen of the subject of interest can be provided therewith. The method for recommending the photographing composition performed by the user terminal, comprises the following steps: identifying a subject of interest set through an interface of the user terminal; obtaining sensor information of the user terminal including the position, angle, and direction of the user terminal; transferring the sensor information of the user terminal and identification information of the subject of interest to a service providing server; receiving the determined photographing composition of the subject of interest from the service providing server according to the sensor information; and providing the photographing composition of the received subject of interest. |
