According to one disclosed embodiment, the device is capable of preventing generation of offset between a rotation shaft of a high joint of a user and a rotation shaft of a walking assistance device. According to an embodiment, a walking assistance device comprises: a waist fixing device fixated on the waist of the user; a rail unit extended in upper and lower directions; a connection guide installed on the waist fixing device, and installed with the rail unit on one side; and a hip joint equipped for sliding along the rail unit. The connection guide is equipped for sliding in the extended direction of the waist fixing device, and rotating around the center of the rotation shaft extended in upper and lower directions.
